Internet company in Colombia

I have a problem involving internet connection issues, maybe you can help me since you have so many colombian webcam models.

I'm an independent cam model in Colombia. I have an internet connection of 10 Mb (download speed) and 2 Mb (upload speed). That connection should be more than enough to provide a high quality show.

I was having a lot of problems with my broadcast since during my shows, customers kept telling me the image was freezing all the time. I thought it could be cam or encoding configuration issues.

I am now in Spain for a few months and still working over here. I realized that my broadcast trouble wasn't due to cam or encoder configuration but to internet quality. I know this because here I have a download speed of 10 Mb and upload speed of 1.5 Mb and though being lower than in Colombia (2 Mb upload speed), my broadcast works perfectly and have no complaints of any customer.

Since you have many colombian cam models and I've seen most broadcast just fine, do you know which is the best internet company for us cam models over there?

If not, do you know any other technical solution for my problem in Colombia?
